Pillow Talk 4 - work in progress

My partner asked for scrappy and her mosaic indicates a preference for blues and greens - what do you think of this so far? Any suggestions for quilting thread colour? I'm thinking orange but have really have no idea so I'd love your thoughts...

    Is there a tutorial for this I can follow? I'm having a hard time matching up my rows for some reason.
