Oh yum, I love the polkadots on the bottom, I would pick out the purple or navy in the fabric and go with a polkadot. If you chose a darker bottom piece you could wear it in winter with boots ! (gorgy)
Hope your machine is home safe and well soon - couldn't imagine living without mine for more than a day.
I'd go with the purple/blue colour for the bottom unless of course your wardrobe is full of green tops.
